By registering my son or daughter to participate in the 2010 NRA Youth Sportfest Firearms Safety Camp, I affirm that my son or daughter has permission to participate in the 22nd annual Alaska NRA Youth Sportfest Firearm Safety Camp on June 5th, 2010 at Birchwood Recreation and Shooting Park, Chugiak, Alaska.
I hereby authorize emergency care by family doctor or available medical personnel. I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the AGCA, BRSP, NRA, or any of their members, or sponsors of this event for any personal or property damage arising out of participation in the aforementioned event.
I hereby grant AGCA, BRSP, Friends of NRA and the National Rifle Association of America, the right and permission to copyright and/or use, reuse, publish and/or republish photographic images or pictures of me or my children taken during the NRA Day for advertising/promotional purposes. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless AGCA, BRSP, FNRA or NRA from any liability resulting from use of the above-mentioned photography or use of my name. I understand I will have no control over the manner of use of materials produced and hereby waive any right to pre-approve or inspect materials prior to distribution.
